Standard shipping is a flat $16 within Australia, express is $20, and orders over $150 ship free. Click & collect is available at checkout for local or visiting customers — orders are usually ready the same day. International shipping is available at checkout-calculated rates (customs/import duties are the recipient's responsibility).
Returns & Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery — items must be unworn with tags attached. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, earrings, skincare and fragrance can't be returned for change of mind (faulty items in these categories are still covered).
