Refund policy

Every piece in the store has been chosen with care, and we want you to love what you take home. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll help you sort it out.


Change of mind

We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on full-priced items if you change your mind. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but your credit never expires, so there’s no rush to find the right piece.


Timeframe

Returns for exchange or store credit need to be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order. Get in touch with us first and we’ll talk you through the next steps.


Condition of items

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be returned unworn, with all original tags still attached. We can’t accept anything that’s been worn, washed or altered.


Sale & discounted items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


Hygiene exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind:

  • Swimwear
  • Earrings & pierced jewellery
  • Skincare & body products
  • Fragrance

Please note: these exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns only. If one of these items arrives faulty, you’re still covered — see Faulty or incorrect items below.


Return postage

For change-of-mind exchanges, return postage is covered by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

If your item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing, we’ll cover the return postage — just keep reading.


Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. We’ll cover the cost of return postage, and you can choose a replacement or store credit. A refund is offered where a suitable replacement isn’t available.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded — including for items in the categories above. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes set out here.


Online & in-store

Shopping with us happens both ways, so returns can too. Online orders can be returned in-store, and in-store purchases can be returned by post. Either way, reach out first so we can have everything ready for you.
