Every order is packed with care from our store in Dunsborough, Western Australia, and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is on its way, tracking details will be sent through so the journey can be followed from our door to yours.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $10 within Australia. Express shipping is $15. Orders over $150 are sent with complimentary standard shipping, anywhere in Australia.

Delivery times

Orders are sent with Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on location, with metropolitan areas generally arriving sooner than regional and remote destinations. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes sit with Australia Post and can be tracked using the details provided.

Click and collect

Local to Dunsborough, or visiting? Click and collect is available at checkout. Orders are usually ready the same day, and an email will be sent the moment yours is ready to be picked up. Orders are held for two weeks, with a gentle reminder along the way. Please bring your order confirmation to collect, and if someone is picking up on your behalf, that is no trouble at all.

International

International shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
