How it works

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll have your order ready the same day during trading hours. There's no charge to collect.

When it's ready

You'll get an email as soon as your order is ready to collect, so you'll know exactly when to come in — no need to check in with us first.

Collecting your order

Just bring your order confirmation (a copy on your phone is perfectly fine) when you come in. Happy for a friend or family member to collect on your behalf — they'll just need your confirmation with them.

How long we'll hold it

We'll hold your order for two weeks. If you need a little longer, get in touch and we'll do our best to work something out. After two weeks, uncollected orders may be returned to the shop floor.
